Angeline Hubbard-Johnson was born and raised in Houston, Tx. She attended nursing school in Carthage, TX (Panola School of Nursing) class of 1990 and later moved back to Houston,1999. Angeline has two sons, and 5 grandkids. I have recently remarried and have 2 bonus daughters and one bonus son and 6 bonus grandkids.  

Mrs. Hubbard-Johnson is the school nurse and her responsibilities are to take care of the kids and sometimes the staff!! This includes giving meds, ensuring that students are up to date on their physicals, taking care of minor injuries, and educating the students and staff on health related issues.  

We all look for the perfect job and retirement. What better place to spend the last days of her career than at Gateway, sharing her knowledge, laughter and joy with the kids, parents and staff. By the time Angeline is ready for retirement, she will have been nursing for 40 plus years. She knows now that all of her previous nursing years and experiences were preparing her for this position at Gateway.

Outside of Gateway, Mrs. Hubbard-Johnson loves spending time with family and friends, having cookouts, dinners, gamenight and family outings. She loves taking road trips, seeing new places and things. Each time she and her husband visit a small town or new place, they love to go to an off the beaten path restaurant, museum or historic sites. They love taking pictures and making new memories to share with others.
