HOW TO APPLY
Application and Enrollment Fees are non-refundable and must be received with the signed contract in order to be considered for placement during the coming school year. Supply Fees are non-refundable and must be received per the signed contract. These fees cover the cost of expenses including: general supplies, emergency supply packs, classroom material, textbooks, e-books, technology, off campus travel expenses, and Camp For All.

Step One: Online Application

Complete an application for Gateway within the portal and submit requested documents
Step Two: Complete Application
You will need the following information:
Names and email address of two previous teachers
Name, email, and phone number of previous school records department
Name, email, and phone number of current mental health providers (counselor, psychiatrist, psychologist, therapist)
Current Psychoeducational testing (within the last 3 years preferable) including full IQ, verbal, visual, processing speed, and working memory scores.
Step Three: Application Review & Determination
The Admissions Team will be notified once your application is completed. At that time, the Admission Team will review the information to determine your child's academic and social emotional needs. If Gateway appears to be a good match, your child will be asked to come for a visit for two days during which your child will shadow a current Gateway student.
The Admissions Team will determine if Gateway has an open spot matching your child's needs after the shadow visit. If we can meet your child's needs, we will email you an acceptance notification. Upon your acceptance, a contract will be emailed to you for signature.
If our Admissions Team determines your child needs a different educational environment, our Admissions Director will reach out to you with additional options and suggestions.
Step Four: Pay Application Fee
The final step in the Online Application is a payment portal for the non-refundable $300 application fee
